FastWater Staffing LLC ("FastWater Staffing," "we," "us") may disclose personal data as follows. Third parties that help provide the messaging service: we will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your personal data with third parties that help us deliver the messaging service, including platform providers, phone companies and other vendors who assist us in delivering text messages. Affiliates: we may disclose personal data to affiliates or subsidiaries; their use and disclosure of your personal data is subject to this policy. All of the above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our text messages are designed to: contact you about job opportunities and placements that match your background; confirm and remind you of interviews and start dates; remind you to submit timesheets; and send other essential account notifications related to FastWater Staffing.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of that number. You consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS, MMS) from FastWater Staffing about the purposes above. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or of employment. Message frequency varies; you can generally expect between 1 and 5 messages per week.
Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message from us. You may also email us at outreach@fastwaterstaffing.com with your request. After you opt out you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Your data is used solely for the purposes described here and in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only as required by law, to process billing and payments, or to meet our contractual obligations.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and then securely delete or anonymize it.
We comply with applicable laws and industry guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
To participate you must be 18 or older, own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, and subscribe to a wireless service with text messaging. Not all carriers support this service.
Disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or representative action, through binding arbitration, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these terms at any time; updates will be communicated by text or email, and continued participation means you accept them.
