Fastwater Staffing LLC ("Fastwater," "we," "us") operates fastwaterstaffing.com and internal business tools that connect to third-party services such as Google Workspace and Gmail. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Through our website contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to provide. Through candidate and client relationships we collect résumés, work history, contact details, and work-authorization information that you provide to us directly.
Our internal tools access Google account data (Gmail messages, calendar events, and files) only for accounts owned by Fastwater Staffing and its principals, and only to operate our own business: reading and sending business correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. We do not access the Google data of website visitors, candidates, or clients through these tools. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To respond to inquiries, match candidates with client opportunities, fulfill staffing contracts, meet payroll and legal obligations, and improve our services.
We share candidate information with prospective clients only with the candidate's knowledge, and with service providers (payroll, background screening, applicant tracking) as needed to deliver our services. We do not sell personal information.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege credentials.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing outreach@fastwaterstaffing.com. You may revoke any Google account access granted to our tools at any time from your Google Account security settings.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, FastWater Staffing LLC may send you recurring text messages (SMS, MMS) about job opportunities and placements that match your background, interview and start-date confirmations and reminders, timesheet reminders, and other essential account notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your mobile number only with vendors that help us deliver the messaging service (messaging platform providers and carriers), and only for that purpose.
